IS THERE AN APPOINTMENT FEE?

We charge a £20 fee for an initial bridal appointments. This secures your personalised consultation and reserves your time within our bridal studio. Second/return appointments are complimentary.

CAN I BRING GUESTS TO MY APPOINTMENT?

You are welcome to bring friend’s or family with you to your appointments. We welcome up to two guests only for bridal consultations, and two guests for fittings. If any of your party have any accessibility requirements please get in touch to discuss with the team prior to your appointment

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT LAST?

Please allow approximately 1 hour for your bridal consultation. This will give you ample opportunity to explore the collection and your styling possibilities. If you feel that you need more time or would like to view certain styles again, then please make a complimentary return appointment.

CAN I USE VIDEO CALLS DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

Of course, this is a great way to involve those in your bridal party who are unable to join you for your appointment.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS DURING THE APPOINTMENT?

Like many bridal boutiques, we operate a no photo policy within the studio. The reason for this is that non professional photos taken on a mobile phone often fail to capture how you feel in the dress and are usually not representative of how the dress actually looks or fits. We encourage brides to select their dress based on how they look and feel when trying on in the studio. If you would like retry your dress we are happy to welcome you back for a complimentary second appointment to remind you of how fabulous you feel in your bridal look. If you would like any close up images of any details sent to you then please speak to our team at your appointment.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE COLLECTION SAMPLES?

All samples in the studio are UK standard size 10. During your appointment our team will pin and fit the sample to you to give you the best representation of how your bridal look will fit in your correct size.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

Our design led team will walk you through the collection, you will then be able to select any of the pieces/looks you would like to try on. Our team will guide and support you through the process, offering styling suggestions and help to find your perfect look. Keep an open mind and enjoy the experience.

We ask that you refrain from wearing heavy makeup and fake tan for your appointment to avoid staining the dresses.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We would advise wearing nude underwear and to bring an appropriate style bra if you are considering a dress that would require this. If you have shoes of a similar height to those you will be choosing for your wedding day then we would also recommend bringing these so that you can get an accurate view of the silhouette.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY DRESS?

We require at least 6 months to produce your chosen bridal look, allowing our artisans time to lovingly craft your pieces and then additional time for your fittings. If your time scale is less than 6 months, we may be able to facilitate a ‘rush’ order. Please discuss your wedding time scale with our design team during your appointment..

ONCE I FIND MY DREAM BRIDAL LOOK WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

In order to confirm your bridal order a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before your wedding date. Once we have an ETA for your bridal look we will contact you to arrange a date for your dress collection or fittings depending on what alterations route you choose to take (see below).

DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?

We do offer fittings and alterations in our studio by our skilled seamstress Fitting prices start at £295 and are charged in addition to the dress price at the time of the fitting. Fittings start 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. Additional style alterations that go beyond the ‘fit’ of the bridal look will incur additional costs. We are also happy to recommend external alterations services should you wish to use one.
